Mr. Drabinski has over 23 years of experience in the financial industry, working in trading, portfolio management, private equity and advisory. He received a Bachelor's of Science in Corporate Finance & Investments from Babson College, where he won the college's Business Plan Competition, and completed the Masters of Science in Financial Services and Accredited Estate Planner program through the American College. Mr. Drabinski has earned the right to use the CFA, MSFS, CMT, CFBS, AEP, RICP, CAP and CLTC designations. He and his wife Elizabeth live in University Park, Texas along with their four children. He is active in the local community, serving as Board Chairman of the Moody Family Park Cities YMCA, the Board of the Rotary Club of Park Cities, the Board of the Dallas Estate Planning Council, Executive Committee of ProVisors-Dallas, and contributes as an active member of the CFA Society of DFW, the ACG, the Dallas Rugby Foundation, the Dallas Rowing Club and the Christ the King Kingsmen. He has been recognized for numerous industry recognitions including MDRT, Society 1851, Blue Chip, Freshman 5 and was a finalist for the 2019 Financial Advisor Volunteer of the Year award.

  • Served as Portfolio Manager, Head of Distressed Trading and Senior Credit Trader for Highland Capital Management from 2005-2013.  Highland specializes in credit hedge funds, long-only funds and separate accounts, distressed and special situations private equity, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs);

  • Former Head Trader, ORIX Capital from 2001-2005, focused on Middle-Market Lending & Private Equity;

  • Analyst, Seaboard Ventures from 1999-2001.  Seaboard focused on early stage capital infusions and advisory;
