Mr. Drabinski has over 21 years of experience in the financial industry, working in trading, research, private equity and advisory.  He received a Bachelor's of Science in Corporate Finance & Investments with a minor in Economics from Babson College, where he graduated magna cum laude and won the college's Business Plan Competition.  Mr. Drabinski has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Market Technician, Certified Family Business Specialist and Certified Long-Term Care designations.  He is a licensed General Lines Agent for Life, Accident, Health and HMO, Property and Casualty (License 1917475), and holds the Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 FINRA certifications. 

He and his wife Elizabeth live in University Park, Texas along with their four children.  He is active in the local community, serving on the Board of Management of the Park Cities YMCA, as the Programming Chair of the Rotary Club of Park Cities, on the Advisory Board of the Dallas Rugby Foundation, and contributes as an active member of the CFA Society of Dallas Fort Worth, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Dallas Estate Planning Council, the Dallas Rowing Club and currently serves as President of the Christ the King Kingsmen and the Babson Alumni Club of Dallas-Fort Worth.  He enjoys traveling and is a licensed scuba diving instructor.  In 2018 he was named the ˜Park Cities Father of the Year' by the YMCA of Metro Dallas.

  • Served as Portfolio Manager, Head of Distressed Trading and Senior Credit Trader for Highland Capital Management from 2005-2013.  Highland specializes in credit hedge funds, long-only funds and separate accounts, distressed and special situations private equity, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs);

  • Former Head Trader, ORIX Capital from 2001-2005, focused on Middle-Market Lending & Private Equity;

  • Analyst, Seaboard Ventures from 1999-2001.  Seaboard focused on early stage capital infusions and advisory;

  • Analyst, Bear, Stearns & Co. from 1997-1999.  Trained on the Institutional trading desk, Boston, MA;

  • Recipient of the 2014 MassMutual 'Freshman Five' Award as a top five new Advisor in North America; 

  • 2018 MassMutual Blue Chip Producer and Society 1851 member; Rising Leader- 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017;
